Cherisse Haynes started in 2005 as an independent hair and makeup artist in Trinidad, building her clientele and technical skill from the ground up. In 2014, she founded Make It Up To Yourself Ltd and scaled it into three salons and a dedicated retail store, leading a team of 24 stylists across Trinidad.

Today she owns and operates CHIIC- A Transformation Company specifically targeted to Professional & Corporate Women.

She is also the Master Hairstylist Of Follicle To Finish by C.H.I.I.C- working across every texture with a specialty in kinky, coily, curly, and Afro-textured hair.

COMPLÉTE grew out of the same work she still does every day in the chair — not a separate credential, but the care system itself, packaged to travel.

    Sew-in extensions installed with a smoothed leave-out — Couteuse Hair Extensions, C.H.I.I.C owned premium hair extension line — so natural hair can grow underneath with less daily manipulation.
